  • Free Shipping: BNC Singapore offers free standard shipping on all orders above $350 SGD. This offer is automatically applied at checkout and is only valid for shipments within Singapore.
  • Next Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

V. Shipping Lead Time and Tracking Information

  • Lead Time: Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and the delivery address. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

VI. Cancellation

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any fees. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. If the order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
